Due to the length of the Japanese straightening takes 3-5 hours, first time customer required to pay $50 deposit upon booking an appointment. Therefore cancellations must be at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment date . If you let us know within this time frame the $50 deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded. We are unable to refund deposits if appointments are canceled outside of this time frame.
